Israel's One Last Week
The "brink of war" continues in Israel as they extend their reign, inflicting more casualties on the people of Lebanon and Palestine. With a Palestinian to Israeli death toll of 47:1, "peace making groups" rush in to try and politically stop the violence.
However, the shock hit when Israel was given the approval ("green light") by America and the United Kingdom to have one more week to inflict damage on Hezbollah and the Lebanese people. Apparently, no one saw this as questionable.
Citing the conspiracy theory that Iran and Syria were backing Hezbollah, Fuhrer Bush stated: "It's in our interest for Syria to stay out of Lebanon and for this government in Lebanon to succeed and survive. The root cause of the problem is Hezbollah and that problem needs to be addressed." Following this, Bush and Tony Blair gave Israel a one week mark to wreak havoc and kill whomever before they began peace negotiations.
As for the Israel's "week," it sucessfully took out the evil Hezbollah government by bombing a UAE aid truck. Apparently, the clearly marked vehicle posed a threat to the Israeli dominance.

Yeah, Its ridiculous when people use terms like 'brink of war'. Israel has been waging war against the palestinian people for years, this is just the most recent surge of violence in their zionist quest. But its not just Israel, the US just recently shipped 500 bunker busting bombs out to the Israelis; its not long before those bombs are blowing up Lebanese cities and clearly marked ambulances. To me, the most frightening aspect of the situation is the Bush administration's insistance that Iran and Syria somehow involved in this. I would not be suprised if this is the precursor to a full scale invasion of Syria. Coupled with the Iranian president's statement that any attack on Syria will be viewed as an attack on Iran, this is a really terrifying situation. But its not likely to get any better until Western nations stop backing Israel's domination of its neighbors.
Excellent blog, ho.
It's war... You people don't understand, it's not supposed to be warm fuzzy and "civilian friendly"
The Manchurian Campaign for example ruthless desruction of civilized areas. The Firebombing of Dresden, absolute destruction of entire cities.
When you attack civilians you demoralize, you continue to weaken the industrial infrastructure, you make them weak and easy to defeat. Since the dawn of time we'd attack villages, the Mongols would burn entire communities, the Gauls would throw plague ridden corpses over walls, the Russians would starve out and poison their enemies food and water.
War is merciless, it should be, the Germans knew it in WWI and WWII, the Huns knew it in the conquest of Constantinople, the Romans knew it, hell we knew it in multiple wars.
So when war does break out don't chastize any side, it's war, it's bloody, there will be casualties...
Welcome to reality!
It's all power, greed, lust, and deception!
It's modern day. We claim that we want to honor innocent lives with the Iraq conflict (we don't) but Israel should as well.
Either a cease fire immediately, or the Arab elimination of Israel.
Also, I must ask how bombing an aid truck is ok?
I don't know how it would be "ok" could have been a mis-fire or deliberate. For example the soldiers with a red cross on their helmet fix soldiers so they come back to fight you later. Kill the red cross soldiers it becomes to dangerous for them and no one can save the soldiers.
I don't want a cease fire for example, I wan't both sides to wear themselves out before we negotiate peace. As long as one side has more power it's unfair. They'll realize it's futile as the war escaltes and that will knock sense into them.
Arab armies, won't win in the long run, they can only escalate their forces, which involve more Arab nations, which will pretty much be a prelude to an "ethnic cleansing" if they continue down this road.
The world is fed up with Islamic Militants and Radicals, it wouldn't suprise me if there will be a large scale genocide occuring soon.

I don't think it has much to do with religion. I think the Arab nations don't appreciate the torment done to the Palestinians, of course, religion comes into it, with the Jewish only settlements and shit, but really, I think it's political.
Then why do you have Christians and Jews rallying together in Lebanon, NOT behind Hezbollah, but in against the Israeli attacks?
But when you have people of those "diverse" religions that are standing by a group that's allegedly "radical," then it would seem that it's risen above religion and turned into "the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
Or maybe just protection.
People do what's ion self-interest... That's the whole reason behind every event in human history.
So? That still don't shake the fact that Hezbollah can't be as opressive as thought. They sound more nationalist than anything.
Well yeah, as long as Israel is in Lebanon it makes it much harder for Hezbollah to do things.
Or let innocent bystanders survive.
That's something Israel has trouble with.
I refer back to your "revolution" there will be innocent bystanders in that. But seriously it's war, it's not supposed to be "civilian friendly" Geneva set some guidlines and countries have rules of engagement, but none of those forbid the killing of innocents, they only say "take caution when in civilian areas"
Innocents will die regardless of how safe you make this war. The onlyw ay civilians won't be injured is if Hezbollah decides to meet the IDF in a open field miles from civilization. Hezbollah won't because they'd be crushed in a concentional war, hence why civilains will be injured.
